A short film

BUTTERFLY KISSES is a short film to YaliniDream’s poem Kadalum ALIyum. Co-Produced with Krissy Mahan and edited by Collette Carter the film follows the journey of a young girl leaving Sri Lanka by boat as a refugee. Having lost her other siblings, the little girl gets on the boat with a small bag of things, her pet monkey & her Amma. As she leaves everything she knows, its seems the child has little left. But when encountered by grave danger on their journey, the little girl, her Amma & monkey discover the enormous power they possess.
